Payment by the kWh

RES Fuels customers pay for fuel by the kWh rather than by weight.  This ensures that customers only pay for the energy they use, and that fuel producers are paid for what they deliver.  It avoids the need for weighbridges on site and encourages reduced delivery frequency and cost for both customers and producers.

Quality assurance

RES applies a thorough accreditation procedure when qualifying producers to become part of the network, checking issues such as staff training and qualifications, health and safety policy, quality systems, risk of contamination, financial health of the business, insurance certificates and customer references. 

During the period of fuel supply, RES employs experts to monitor fuel supplies
to ensure quality fuel over the long-term.

RES guarantees delivery of its fuel supplies.  We track every order placed and have standby supplies available at short notice in the event that a producer is unable to supply.
